Stress and anxiety

Stress is the 20th century disease. To be alive is to be under a certain amount of stress. All who wish to perform at their best, need it to a certain extent, yet it is a major factor in many diseases. The problem is how to manage it.

When stressed, your heart rhythms have an irregular, jagged incoherent pattern. When you shift to a more positive emotional state, the heart rhythm pattern changes to a smoother, wave-like coherent pattern.

By seeing the visual change on the screen and associating it with a more peaceful, calm internal state, you learn to manage stress and maintain a state of physiological coherence and balance.

Carole also prepares for you her unique blend of herbal medicine. This is not a proprietary blend of herbs. It is a prescription written and dispensed for you as the unique individual that you are. This may incorporate herbs to strengthen and support the nervous system, raise your tolerance to stress and relax you.  Carole will also include herbs to redress any of the other conditions you may want help with.

Supplements may also be prescribed if nutritional imbalances are detected.

Some people that seem to experience stress, anxiety and feelings of inner tension more acutely than others may have an in-born error of metabolism named Pyroluria (see Other Health Concerns).

Pyroluria is diagnosed by a simple urine test and treated with diet and nutritional supplementation.
