Health Insight is an independent healthcare service that specialises in individual consultation and diagnostics to determine underlying causes of chronic health problems in order to prescribe lifestyle and nutritional changes. The goal is to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing as well as relief from chronic distressing symptoms.

About Me

I am a veteran clinician and have been in practice for over 25 years, treating thousands of clients, with a personal involvement in the health and fitness arena for over 35 years. At the age of 66, by practicing what I preach, I feel healthier and fitter than I did at 22. I’m often asked to show ‘proof of old age’ when I display my senior train ticket and I would like you to experience the same!

I am an independent healthcare practitioner offering consultations as a Medical herbalist, Nutrition consultant, functional medicine clinician and Nutri-Genetic counsellor for a wide variety of clients. I treat people from all over the world from all walks of life: Celebrities, artists, elite athletes, restaurateurs, royal families, children and adults.

Through consultation, my goal is to optimise your health by identifying the best diet and lifestyle choices for your individual metabolic make-up and specific unique health challenges.

Diagnostics

Through various labs, I offer a full range of testing including: Blood Profiles, Metabolic, Stool, Allergy, Toxicology, Myco-toxins, Nutrition status, Hormonal, Adrenal Stress tests, Genetic Testing, Allergy and Food sensitivity, Tissue antibody testing. Testing is conducted to determine environmental inputs together with genetic makeup to understand how the body’s key processes are affected by your environment, as well as your experiences, attitudes, and beliefs.
